Credit Card Required to Start Your Trial
A valid credit card is required to enroll in Ops-Deck and participate in any promotional offer. Your card will be verified with a $1.00 authorization charge that is refunded within 3 business days. No subscription charges apply during your free trial period.
All promotional offers — including the Tacoma / $35,000 Cash Prize Drawing, the $10,000 Prize, and the 6 Months Free Trial — require a valid credit card on file at the time of enrollment.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in Ops-Deck and checking the "I agree to the Terms & Conditions" checkbox, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") between you and Ops-Deck ("we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not enroll.
2. Card Verification
To begin your free trial, you must provide a valid credit or debit card. We verify your card as follows:
- Verification charge: A $1.00 authorization charge is applied to your card at enrollment to confirm it is valid and billable.
- Refund: This $1.00 charge is refunded within 3 business days of enrollment.
- Purpose: This confirms your payment method is real and active before your free trial begins.
- No trial without card: Enrollment and all promotional benefits are contingent on successful card verification. A failed or invalid card blocks enrollment.
3. Free Trial Terms
Ops-Deck offers a free trial period based on your enrollment offer:
- Founding Member (6 Months Free): 6 months of full platform access at no charge, then $49/mo automatically billed — locked forever at that rate.
- Pro Plan (14-Day Trial): 14 days free, then $99/mo.
- Business Plan (30-Day Trial): 30 days free, then $149/mo.
Your subscription begins automatically at the end of your trial unless you cancel before the trial expires. Your credit card on file will be charged at your plan rate on the billing start date.
Important — Automatic Billing
Your credit card will NOT be charged during your free trial period. After your trial ends, your selected plan rate will be charged monthly unless you cancel before the trial expires. You may cancel at any time at no charge before billing begins.
4. Promotional Offers
4a. 6 Months Free Promotional Offer
- Valid credit card required at time of enrollment.
- After the 6-month promotional period, your subscription automatically renews at your locked founding member rate ($49/mo) unless cancelled.
- Rate is locked for the lifetime of your subscription as long as you remain subscribed.
4b. Tacoma or $35,000 Cash Prize Drawing
- NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to enter or win. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning.
- Enrollment with a valid payment method is required for promotional entry via the Ops-Deck platform. An alternate free method of entry is available — see official rules or contact support.
- Prize: Winner's choice of one (1) Toyota Tacoma (mid-trim, value approximately $35,000 USD) OR $35,000 USD cash. Prize is non-transferable. No cash equivalent for vehicle prize unless stated otherwise.
- Drawing entry requires completed enrollment with verified payment method on the Ops-Deck platform.
- Void where prohibited by law. Open to legal residents of the United States, 18+. Full official rules available upon request.
4c. $10,000 Cash Prize
- NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to be eligible.
- Enrollment with valid payment method is required for promotional eligibility via Ops-Deck platform.
- Eligibility criteria, drawing terms, and full rules available upon request.
- Void where prohibited. Open to US residents 18+.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- Cancel during your free trial: no charges will ever be applied to your card.
- Cancel after billing begins: your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, then ends. No refunds for partial months.
- To cancel, contact support@ops-deck.polsia.app or use the account settings in your dashboard.
6. Billing
- All prices are in USD.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly on the same date your trial ends (your billing start date).
- We may update pricing with 30 days' notice. Founding member rates are locked and not subject to price increases.
- Failed payments: if your card declines, we'll notify you via email and provide a grace period to update your payment method before your account is suspended.
7. Refund Policy
- The $1.00 card verification fee is refunded within 3 business days.
- No refunds are issued for subscription charges after the billing period has begun.
- If you believe you were charged in error, contact support within 30 days.
8. Privacy
We collect and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By enrolling, you consent to the collection of your name, email address, business information, and payment method details (stored securely via Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
9. Platform Access
Ops-Deck grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for your own business operations during your subscription period. You may not share accounts, resell access, or use the platform for illegal purposes.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ops-Deck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you via email of material changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
